Welcome to SEMSblast API

Welcome to the SEMSblast API. With the API you can access almost every area of SEMSblast programatically by sending and receiving XML.

Getting Started

In order to get started with the SEMSblast API you will need the following...

• The ability to send and recieve XML requests via POST
• An API Key
• A little bit of programming knowledge

The API Key and how to get it.

An API key allows access to the data held within ONE SEMSblast Account. Every SEMSblast has it's own unique API Key.

You can either:

• Retrieve an API key from within the SEMSblast Control Panel.
To do this, login to the SEMSblast control panel, click ACCOUNT SETTINGS and locate the API Key top right of the screen
• Retrieve an API key from within the API itself via Username and Password
Useful if you are providing the API to multiple clients
