Need to make some changes to your SEMSblast account, here's how you can change your details...

  1. On the SEMSblast Control Panel, click the My Account tab on the left hand side of the screen.

  2. You will be taken to your Account Overview page. Here you can manage almost every aspect of your SEMSblast account (see below).

Change your Profile Picture

  1. On the Account Settings page, click the CHANGE Button under the current profile picture at the top left of the screen.

  2. A file browser will appear. Locate your new image file on your computers hard drive.
    Images must be either JPG, PNG or GIF.
  3. Click OK and you're picture will upload.

 

 

Change your Name

  1. On the Account Settings page, find the "Your Name" section, and replace the name that is in the box.
  2. Scroll down and click the SAVE button.
  3. Your name will be changed.

 

 

Change your Email Address

  1. On the Account Settings page, find the "Your Email Address" section, and replace the email address that is in the box.
  2. Scroll down and click the SAVE button.
  3. If there are any problems a message will appear, otherwise your email address will have been changed.

    Note: If you do change your email address, make a note of it because your email address doubles up as your login username.

 

 

Change your Password

  1. On the Account Settings page, find the "Your Password" section, and replace the password that is in the box.
  2. Directly below, locate the "Confirm Password" box and enter the same password.
  3. Scroll down and click the SAVE button.
  4. If there are any problems a message will appear, otherwise your password will have been changed.

    Note: If you do change your password, make a note of it somewhere safe if possible. You will need it to login.

 

 

Change your Address

  1. On the Account Settings page, find the "Update Your Address" section, and fill in the fields directly beneath.
  2. Scroll down and click the SAVE button.

 

 

Change your Date Format

  1. On the Account Settings page, find the "Settings" section towards the bottom left of the page.
  2. Locate the Date Format list and select your desired date format.
  3. Scroll down and click the SAVE button.
  4. Any dates that appear on the MPZMail control panel will now be displayed in your preferred format.

 

 

Change your Time Zone

  1. On the Account Settings page, find the "Settings" section towards the bottom left of the page.
  2. Locate the Time Zone list and select your Time Zone.
  3. Scroll down and click the SAVE button.
  4. When scheduling campaigns, the Start Time you enter will use your selected time zone.
