Sending with SEMSblast has been designed to fit around your budget no matter what your list size.

Whenever you send an email to subscribers, wether it's by adding a campaign, or adding an auto-responder you will need either Email Credits (If you are Pay as you go) or a subscription plan (Unlimited Sending or Free Forever) before your emails will be sent.

If you don't have a billing plan, or don't have enough credits to cover a campaign your emails won't be sent.

Billing Methods

There are three ways to use SEMSblast ...

• Pay as you go
• Unlimited Sending
• Free Forever

 

 

Pay as you go

• Every new user who joins SEMSblast becomes a Pay as you go subscriber. You will be activated on the 0 - 1,000 Subscribers (Free Forever Plan) to test the system.
• Once you have exceeded 1,000 Subscribers... When you go to add a campaign or add an autoresponder you will be prompted to "Upgrade your Account" to cover your campaign.
• One credit = one email sent.
• Email credits are non-refundable.

How to top up your account with email credits...

1. Login to the SEMSblast Control Panel.
2. On the right hand side of the control panel, click account settings. Then click "Upgrade".
   
   
3. On the page that opens, you will be able to see "YOUR CURRENT PLAN", "Unique Subscribers To Send To", "Days Left of This Billing Period" and the exact amount of "subscribers in your account". So you can best determine which plan you should upgrade to (if you had the need).
   
   
4. At the center of the page you can see how many subscribers you currently have in your account.
   
   
5. From the list on the right side of the screen, select the new plan you would like to upgrade to. You can see one of the options will be "Recommended" based on how many subscribers you currently have in your lists, but you are free to select any amount to purchase. You can also change the currency using the currency options buttom left (under voucher code).
   
   
6. Once you select the plan you would like - scroll down to "select a payment method".
7. Selct "credit/debit card" enter your card information and click on "add card".

8. Once you have paid, you will be returned to SEMSblast and your credits should appear in your account within 10 minutes.

Unlimited Sending

• Upgrade to unlimited sending to send unlimited emails each month.
• You will be charged based on the total amount of subscribers in your account.
• As your subscribers increase or decrease we will automatically charge you if you move into different pricing brackets.
• Monthly subscriptions last 30 days and are non-refundable.

How to to upgrade to Unlimited Sending.

1. Login to the SEMSblast Control Panel.
2. On the right hand side of the control panel, click account settings. Then click "Upgrade".
   
   
3. On the page that opens, click the Unlimited Sending tab towards the top of the page.
   
   
4. At the buttom of the page you can see how many subscribers you currently have in your account.
   
   
5. From the list on the right side of the screen, select the total number of subscribers you would like to purchase. You can see one of the options will be "Recommended" based on how many subscribers you currently have in your lists, but you are free to select any amount to purchase. You can also change the currency using the currency options buttom left.
   
   
6. Once you select the plan you would like - scroll down to "select a payment method".
7. Selct "credit/debit card" enter your card information and click on "add card".
   This means that we will have the authority to automatically bill your account each month, or if you exceed your subscriber limit.

8. Once you have paid, you will be returned to SEMSblast and your credits should appear in your account within 10 minutes.

Free Forever

• Upgrade to Free Forever and send UNLIMITED emails to up to 1,000 subscribers each month for free.
• We automatically top your account back up to unlimited email credits every 30 days.
• If  your subscribers increase above 1,000, we will automatically charge you for the price bracket you move into.

How to upgrade to Free Forever

1. Login to the SEMSblast Control Panel.
2. On the right hand side of the control panel, click account settings. Then click "Upgrade account".
   
   
3. On the page that opens, click the Unlimited Sending tab towards the top of the page.
   
   
4. At the top buttom of the page you can see how many subscribers you currently have in your account.
   
   
5. As long as you have under 2,000 subscribers,  from the list in the centre of the screen, select the Free Forever plan (it's at the top of the list) and click "Upgrade"
   
   
6. You can now send unlimited emails a month to up to 1,000 subscribers.

Can I get a refund?

No matter what type of account you have (Pay as you Go or Unlimited Sending) we are unable to offer refunds.

 

Payment Methods

We currently accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal transactions automatically. Payments are handled by WorldPay and PayPal using their own secure servers and systems.
If you would like to pay via a Bank Transfer, please contact us.

 

Are there any discounts?

Unlimited Sending Plans and Pay as you Go options are both discounted already, based on the number you purchase.

However, we are able to offer further discounts to non-profit organisations along with some other organisations including agencies. To find out if you are eligable please contact us.
